Welcome to my NBA Mock Draft 1.0 (Pre Lottery) Part 1. I used Tankathon to get my random draft order and it just turns out to be that the #1 pick belonged to the Portland Trail Blazers, followed by the Orlando Magic and Houston Rockets.
